Who we are
This shop is operated by Kauderer LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA (the "Seller"). SKThreeD is a brand and trade name used by Kauderer LLC for this online store; it is not, at this time, a separately registered fictitious name. Contact and notice address for all order, warranty, privacy and legal matters: hello@skthreed.com. Written correspondence and the Seller's registered mailing address are provided on request by email; telephone support is not offered, all support runs through email and the contact page so that every request is documented.
Scope & acceptance
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them in full. We may update these terms at any time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
Made to order & production time
All items are 3D printed to order. Production usually takes 5 to 7+ business days before the order is handed to the carrier. Production time and shipping time are separate: total delivery time is production time plus carrier transit time. Slight variations in color, surface finish and layer texture are normal for 3D printed parts and are not defects. Standard production materials are PETG, TPU 95 (for flexible seals and components), and ABS. PLA is used exclusively upon explicit customer request due to its material characteristics and limitations.
Prices & payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated. Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe, and PayPal. Payment is captured when the order is placed, because production starts immediately. We never store full card data. Florida sales tax and other applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across the United States and Canada with USPS and UPS at flat rates: USA $6.95 for small parts and $12.95 for large items, free on orders of $75 or more; Canada $24.95 / $39.95, calculated at checkout. International transit time varies; import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient. Delivery dates shown anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.
Returns & refunds
Because every item is manufactured on demand, custom, personalized and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it at our discretion. Unused stock items, where offered, may be returned within 30 days in original condition; return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Order changes & cancellation
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge only before production starts. Once printing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible for made-to-order and custom items.
Intended use — storage & organization only
All Military & Defense products are designed exclusively for organization, storage and display purposes. We do not sell firearm components, replacement parts, modification components, magazines, suppressors or ammunition, and none of our products attach to, modify or affect the function of a firearm. Our products are not safety equipment, not security containers, not fire- or theft-rated, and are not a substitute for a certified safe or lock. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws regarding the items they store.
Warranty & limitation of liability
Products are 3D printed in PETG, TPU 95, ABS, or optionally PLA upon request, and are sold as-is for light-duty storage, display and organization use. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We are not liable for misuse, overloading, improper mounting, modification, exposure to heat, chemicals or UV, or any use outside the intended purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase from this shop. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older. Products in the Military & Defense storage category are sold to adults only.
Custom work & intellectual property
For custom and design services you keep the rights to the models and drawings you supply and confirm that you own or are licensed to use them. We may decline any request. Design fees quoted before work begins are binding once you approve them; enquiries themselves are always free. Our own designs, photos, texts and files remain our property and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
