What we collect
Order data (name, email, shipping and billing address, phone if given, order contents), payment confirmation data from our payment providers (we never receive or store full card numbers), messages and files you send us through the contact or custom request forms, and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your enquiries, prepare custom quotes, meet tax and bookkeeping obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and — only with your consent — send occasional product news.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who need it to fulfil your order: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) and label software, our hosting and email providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for the shop to work, such as keeping your cart and language selection. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Uploaded files
Files you upload for custom requests (STL, 3MF, STEP, PDF, images) are automatically scanned for malware, used only to quote and produce your part, and are not shared with third parties or published. Ask us and we will delete them.
How long we keep data
Order and invoice records are kept as long as required by US and Florida tax law (generally up to 7 years). Enquiries and uploaded files are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, opt out of marketing at any time, and — if you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Virginia or Connecticut) — exercise the rights that law grants you, including the right not to be discriminated against for doing so. Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Security & changes
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to people who need it. No online transmission is 100% secure. We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
