About SKThreeD
Born in a garage
SKThreeD started in a garage with a single 3D printer and the goal of making parts that are hard to find on a store shelf. Today SKThreeD sells directly to customers: trailer hitch covers, wellness storage, M&D storage and organization products and custom-made parts. No mass production and no warehouse stock — every piece is printed to order in Florida.
Behind the machine
SKThreeD is operated by Kauderer LLC in Florida and produces in its own production environment. For design and engineering work we also collaborate with external CAD designers and manufacturing partners, including ft3d.com in Germany. That means complex requests, structural prototypes and functional parts can be developed together with technical partners.
Materials & industrial standards
Standard production uses these materials:
- PETG: impact-resistant and UV-stable, selected for durability and outdoor use.
- TPU 95: flexible material used for seals, gaskets and shock-absorbing components.
- ABS: rigid and more heat-resistant than PETG, used for demanding applications.
Standard PLA is only used on explicit request, because of its limited resistance to heat and outdoor conditions.
Every single component is printed individually, meticulously deburred, and put through rigorous human quality inspection before it ever touches a shipping box.
Custom & bespoke manufacturing
Got a vision that doesn't exist on the market? Send us your dimensions, blueprints, or vector files. From custom logos and personalized motifs to full-scale functional prototypes, if you can dream it up, our engineering network can build it.
Why buy direct?
You order directly from the workshop that makes the part: made to order, in the color and configuration you choose, without marketplace fees or middlemen. Custom projects can be developed to your requirements.
